UTICA — Hallie V. Blevins, 96, formerly of Williamson, W.Va., died Feb. 8, 2008, in Utica. She was born Oct. 26, 1911, in Whitman, Logan County, W.Va., to Bige J. and Alice (Porter) Workman.
