Region parties in the dark; power use drops by 3 to 5% (Kitchener/Waterloo Record)

Officials from Waterloo Region¹s three hydro utilities, Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro, Waterloo North Hydro and Cambridge and North Dumfries Hydro, said power consumption dropped between three and five per cent over Earth Hour.
